Section 28
Formation of Interview Committee

(1) The Commission shall constitute an interview committee as prescribed to select candidates for filling the vacant posts of the Federal Civil Service.
(2) In the case of the central office, when the interview committee is formed according to sub-section (1), it will be formed under the chairmanship of the chairman or a member appointed by him.
(3)-When forming the interview committee as per sub-section (1), the interview committee shall be formed in such a way that at least one subject expert having the prescribed qualifications in the relevant field shall be formed.
